• Working on large modular buildings industry throughout sites across England, with frequent travel to other sites.

As an Electrical Test/Service Engineer my role would involve inspecting and testing at various sites which included Sainsbury’s, Police Stations, Hospitals, Shopping Centres, Local Schools, Boots and Halfords throughout the UK. Work included installation and testing of all types of commercial and industrial premises, fire alarm testing, emergency lighting testing and power distribution systems. I was responsible for the certification of all my own work whilst on site, writing out each corresponding report out whilst on site.

Worked within a team, enabling me to develop my skills as a telecommunications engineer. The work entailed correctly shutting down the O2 and Vodafone mast allowing segregation of essential circuits, installation of single phased isolators, whether proofing antennas and  ensuring high standards are maintained whilst complying with Health and Safety throughout. Effective Communication was essential within the team and other companies working alongside to plan and implement a smooth transition of shutting down the mast and upholding safe working practices.
