Customer Engineer (2012-Present)
• Playing a vital role in servicing PCs across a range of retail stores, including troubleshooting, computer maintenance, and installing hardware and software
• Identifying and determining software and hardware requirements, responding swiftly to enquiries about software and hardware issues, and suggesting solutions to arising and existing problems
