To check the complexity and type of the structures.
To understand the design of building through design drawings/specification provided by client
To evaluate the quantity/ material take off of project through structural drawings
To prepare model in STAAD and check design of the building.
To design building from specification provided by client if design is in Al Faraa scope.
Familiar with Indian and American codes for design and wind loads
To prepare estimate and techno-commercial offer.
Float tenders to subcontractors for pricing of materials
To keep track on prices of steel and other materials on weekly basis.
To prepare and update the quote activity list.
