-Co-ordinate, control, prioritise and delegate warehouse activities in order to ensure tight deadlines are met
-Responsible for processing orders, dispatch and sorting of all the clothes into the correct departments and checking prior to dispatch which involves physical and demanding work
-Motivate and lead a small team of staff in order to maximise productivity and efficiency in all areas of the warehouse
-Set the highest standards by adhering strictly to, and ensuring that all Health & Safety requirements are met and that potential risks are identified, reported and minimised
-Ensure that all stock movements are recorded and all Goods In/Goods Out paperwork is completed fully and accurately
