 Identify the barriers of individual participants that’s hindering their job search progress and direct them to the resource for resolution, such as clothing, housing and education or probation issues.

 Worked with parent and child in conflict on how to better communicate with each other and also communicate with child protection agencies in cases of child abuse or neglect.

 Mediated conflicts between teenagers among their peer group

 Mediated conflicts in the Back2Work program between participants to create an environment for success in the job market.
