I am fully responsible for the day to day running of a very busy and demanding transport department. Managing 30 drivers and driver’s mates, dealing with daily late production or plant breakdowns on a daily adhoc basis in an ever changing business requires instant decision making and forward thinking and Planning.

Working with Hotels and restaurants this is a very much a time/pressure working environment in a saturated market place, maintaining excellent service levels is key in this sector.
