Inspection & Expediting of Painting, Coating & Insulation of New Construction site of Crude Processing Facilities ( Core Hydrocarbon Facilities area, GOSP, WOSP, Uitilities & Crude storage area:

Responsibilities : Conduct inspection in accordance with SAUDI ARAMCO Engineering Standards “H” Series & “N” Series.

Responsibilities : Inspection of Protecting Coating Materials to make sure the compliance with Project Specification.

Review of painting specifications, blasting and painting procedures, materials receipt inspection and verification.

Inspection/Supervision of surface preparation and painting works of piping systems etc for compliance with Health, Safety & Quality requirements in accordance with project specification.

Conversant with inspection techniques such as surface cleanliness/profile check, chloride test, WFT & DFT Checks, Adhesion test, MEK Test, Holiday detection etc… As per the industry standards.

Identifying coating defects during and after application of coating systems and recommending corrective actions complying with approved repair procedure established in accordance with recommendations of the manufacturer and the coating procedure.

Following specific duties such as recording weather conditions & substrate temperature by using Whirling hygrometer, dew point & RH % slide calculator and steel temperature gauge.

Monitoring Lab tests like Cathodic Disbandment, Salt Spray, Holiday, Chemical Resistance, Hardness, Impact test and Resistance to applied Voltage.

Following normative and inspection related documents such as specification, written instructions, manufacturer’s recommendations, contractor’s procedures, method of statements etc…

Prepare and monitor punch list items, ensuring they are being resolved according to the turn over system.

Inspection & Expediting of Pressure Vessels & Structural Steels / Offshore Structures:

Responsibilities : Monitor fit-ups, welding, NDT & painting activities as per project specification.

To check, inspect and test incoming raw materials, welding consumables to ensure they meet job quality specifications

To undertake workshop verification of welding machine and electrode baking and storage to ensure all equipments meets job requirement specifications.

To ensure the use of approved welding procedures, qualified personnel to ensure all quality requirements of

To monitor Welder performance, repair rates and conduct visual inspections of welds and repairs of welds

To conduct fit up and dimension inspections as per Inspection and Test Plan and review radiography test film
