All aspects of the Planning, Design and subsequent construction were managed by me. At all stages during the project I was involved with the day to day construction, management of subcontractors and the interaction with the various Authorities needed to ensure a satisfactory house at the end of the Development. Recent financial restructuring has meant that the project is on hold.
