 Reporting to the Head of Content Partnerships, I manage the launch process for all new channels joining the platform (launched 20+ services in 2013/14)

 Account manage 40+ content providers including ITV, Channel 4, Turner, BSkyB & BBC iPlayer

 Lead negotiations with VOD services, including several on going negotiations with SVOD/TVOD services

 Manage the EPG invoicing schedule to ensure content providers pay annual EPG fee ahead of renewal date

 Single contact point within the company for all BARB data requirements, producing monthly reports for the Management Team using Infosys, Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint

 Manage the process behind monitoring EPG data, ensuring that schedules are in place for all channels on the platform

 Planned and developed a questionnaire to ascertain the impact of Touraid projects on the communities involved

 Administered the questionnaire and lead discussions with both children and teachers

 Reporting to the CEO, I travelled throughout Africa and produced impact reports on projects in South Africa, Rwanda, Uganda and Kenya

 Impact reports were included in the end of year Touraid report, which is a key document, used to attract corporate funding

Other Interests

I am passionate about sport; I have played Cricket, Rugby Union and Rugby League at club and county level and still enjoy playing at a social level. I also enjoy climbing/hiking and have climbed Mount Kilimanjaro, Xuebaoding, Mount Mayon and throughout the Lake District & Peak District in the UK.

I love travelling and working with other cultures, I have studied in Singapore and worked in India and Africa. Prior to starting at Freesat I travelled overland from South Africa to Rwanda while working for a children’s charity called Touraid.
