* Working as Assistant Manager in Adani Power Maharashtra Limited in Super Critical Thermal Power Plant as CCR Shift Engineer with BOE Certification.

* In my current role I am looking after smooth & efficient operation of super critical Boilers & its Auxiliaries. Monitor each & every critical parameters & respond quickly during any emergencies. Doing isolations & normalizations of equipments as per safety permit system. Prepare work notification through SAP.

Professional Experience

(i) From June’ 2011 to date
Working as a Assistant Manager in Super Critical Thermal Power Plant

Responsibilities: Presently working as a Desk Engineer (Boiler) of 660 MW Power Plant

Company Profile: Adani Power Limited, a successful Business of Adani Group. The present Generating capacity of Adani Group is 10,440 MW.

(ii) From March’ 2009 to March 2010
Worked as an GET (Manufacturing Unit) in M/s. BEC LTD, Bhilai, Chhattisgarh

Responsibilities: Control & manage various stages of Inspection with QA Inspectors.

Preparation of daily, monthly and yearly Inspection reports.

Responsibilities

My Present Responsibility as Desk Engineer includes:-

* Safe start –up, shut down & synchronization of unit.

* Smooth & Efficient operation of Boiler & related auxiliaries.

* Monitoring and handling of any kind of Emergency & abnormality.

* Doing isolation and normalization of auxiliaries as per requirement & safety permit system.

* Preparation of daily, monthly and yearly plant reports and Work notification requests through SAP.

* Try to minimize auxiliary power, water & coal consumption.

* Take care and make decision during emergency with consulting seniors if time permits.

* Make Co-ordination with Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation Department.

My Key Responsibility during Commissioning Work included as :-

* Active Participation in commissioning activities : Hydro Test, Chemical Cleaning, Steam Blowing.

* Commissioning of Start Up Boiler (IJT Make) of 50 TPH Oil Fired Boiler.

* 10th from M.G.M Higher Secondary School (CBSE Board) with 72.8%.

* 12th from M.G.M. Higher Secondary School (CBSE Board) with 56.6%

* B.E. in Mechanical Engineering 2008 with 73.45% aggregate from CIT ,Rajnandgaon, , Chhattisgarh.

* PGDC in Thermal Power Engineering with 81.40% under VTU University, Karnataka

Training

* 3 Weeks Simulator training of 300 MW in JSWECE, Toranagallu , Karnataka from 20th December 2010 to 8th January 2011.
