Develop execution plan for the long term preservation of all equipment and materials during the construction and commissioning of the mine relocation.

Develop preservation matrix for equipment and tasks for upload into Orbit mechanical completion programme.

Manage the construction personnel with respect to equipment and material preservation.

Ensure construction contractors have the correct project vendor recommended preservation information.

Monitor / audit contractor preservation records to verify timeliness.
