Key Responsibilities: Manage project OCS configuration and go live roll out, change control, transition management, business continuity planning. Manage practice through the data streaming configurations for SCR and EMIS Web, carrying out system data tests. Sign up to feed data to the OCS through agreeing information sharing protocols.
P & R Coaches
India Business Relations Manager - September 2012 to January 2013
I travelled in Delhi and Mumbai collecting data and attending meetings with Tour operators and other business partners in the travel and tour industry to develop further business relations for P & R Coaches. For this role I used negotiation skills with the travel vendors in India to offer P & R Coaches Ground Transport services for the UK and Europe.
Out Come: Confirmed bookings of service for the tourist season that starts in March 2013 to October 2013 with Cosmos, Thomas Cook, Cox and Kings, Make My Trip and European Destinations, Star Tours Etc.

Advised and purchased Birlamedisoft Hospital Management Software Xenon Express, with extra modules for Path lab and Rad Premium, I managed the software implementation project circle from implementation, configuration and training.

Project one: Implement a Fleet Management System called CoachMan
Out come: System installed which transformed the company from being analogue to electronic. Staff trained in Booking Management (Quotations, Confirmations and client data management), Invoicing and payments, Maintenance Management, Vehicle scheduling, Driver Scheduling
Project Two: Implement IT Infrastructure
Out Come: Installed a small networkfor office management including server. Installed CCTV for building and vehicles. Installed tacho management download software for drivers and Vehicle, data download hardware tools purchased, VOSA Management cards and implement training.
Project Three: Fleet Update - Sourcing the correct fleet for new contracts. To do so I revised old fleet with factors around the maintenance per vehicle, VOSA, PSV and PCO requirements.
Out Come: Purchased 2 Volvo Jhonkhere 55 Luxury Coaches by securing finance, contracts, part exchange and selling of older fleet, I also updated 5 other vehicles on the fleet.

GP Facilitator and Information Governance Lead December 2008 – November 2009
Project Managed the Information Governance Statement of Compliance (IGSoC) Drive to meet the 31st March 2009 Deadline, for which I meet 100 % target from 11% in 3 Months.
Asses GPs Current IGSoC Status, Plan the improvements, Create Action plans, set up Information Governance Training, and set up the policies according to the Department of Health
Carry out Information Governance awareness ( Data protection, Risk Assessments, Create policies)
My main target was to move the PCT to have all GPs Signed off so that they are IGSoC approved.
Updating and maintaining Information on the National Tracking Data Base.
Carrying out baseline IM & T DES GP assessments, Manage own Diary, Liaise with system suppliers to ensure the correct commissioning figures were up to date.
Evaluating training needs analysis and IT equipment requirements ready for system update roll out
Help practices to assess the quality of their data by running PRIMIS+ CHART MIQUEST queries and uploading data to CHART Online for comparative analysis, design action plans to address any issues identified.
Suggest ways in which the practice can improve its systems and monitor its progress.
Develop templates around agreed common core data sets and interpret the data.
Run, analyse, Audit and update PCT systems, GPs DES and LES patient care.
For example check that GPS are meeting the required percentage for the following - Flu, HCA, Child Immunisation, Breast Screening, and Alcohol
Assist GPS to achieve level 2 components to be Information Governance Compliance.
Use, update, analyse and advise GPs data and assist them how to use the NHS Tracking Data Base and IG Tool Kit.
Attend and participate in user group meetings
Systems Used: Emis LV and PCS, INpS Vision, Isoft Synergy and Premier, NHS Tracking Database, PRIMIS Miquest and CHART.

As an IT Project Scheduler I worked on the BAA Terminal 5 Project and provided continuous IT support to Heathrow Airport. Computacenter provides BAA with the IT Managed service for Heathrow, Gatwick, Southampton, London, Glasgow and Edinbrough Airport. My role was to pre-schedule, organise, manage IT engineers for projects, maintenance and provide 24 hour IT support to the airport with 4 to 8 hour SLAs.

This placement involved me travelling to and from Ealing PCT and GP surgeries. I achieved many new skills and developed a key understanding how important it is to mange your time effectively. In this placement I supported the implementation of the new GP IT Systems. This involved me creating development plans on how we would be implementing the new system at the GP site with out affecting the day to day running of the surgery, so timing and organisation played a key role.
