Short Bio:

I am Highly motivated and results-oriented professional seeking to gain a strong foothold in the HR profession. I have more than an year experience in the area of Human Resource Management and Administration. I offer a strong academic background as evident through my Post Graduate Degree in Management of Human Resources. I have completed my Bachelors in Journalism and Mass communications. In addition, I have a PG Certificate in International Business.

As a part of my job role, I have maintained overall accountability of recruitment compliance for all candidates. Previously, I have worked for Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust as a HR Employee Services Administrator. I have managed to gain some experience in the Education Sector as well. • Overall accountability for ensuring that all compliance for candidates is managed in a timely manner according to specific client SLAs
