I am Highly motivated and results-oriented professional seeking to gain a strong foothold in the HR profession. I have more than an year experience in the area of Human Resource Management and Administration. I offer a strong academic background as evident through my Post Graduate Degree in Management of Human Resources. I have completed my Bachelors in Journalism and Mass communications. In addition, I have a PG Certificate in International Business.

Associate Compliance Partner for Barclays Project

• Managing recruitment compliance of 60-70 candidates per month

• Overall accountability for ensuring that all compliance for candidates is managed in a timely manner according to specific client SLAs

• Handling confidential data

• Running multiple databases – PASS, One Touch and People Fluent

• For candidates provided by the client, on receipt of candidate offer, contact candidate by phone to detail compliance/screening process

• Send out all relevant forms and book candidates for ID Appointment

• Input details of candidates to the systems (PASS) for referencing to start
