Responsible for successful creation and development of employment brokerage scheme covering the South of England. Business development focused to secure vacancies, apprenticeships, work placements and interviews. Partnership working with other housing associations and their supply chains, Job Centres, local authorities, contractors and companies to ensure the right candidates found for the right roles, at the right time.
