DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 In-charge for executing the project/portion of the project.

 Monitor to progress and ensure conformance to contract obligations, engineering plans, IFC drawings, technical specification, quality procedures, and construction safety standards,

 Estimate, review & comment on the additional work as needed/Variations, which are either chargeable to Employer and/or claimed by Subcontractors. As well as, the monthly payments and measurement sheets,

 Working closely with project planning and controls to establish and maintain the schedule and budget,

 Assist in the preparation of tendering commercial and technical proposals, and subcontract preparations,

 Supervising and delegating site Engineers, Foremen and Surveyors to ensure the right level of productivity is being achieved in good and safe manners.

 Follow up and coordinate with Employer’s representative, procurement, Subcontractors, suppliers, designers, planners, QS, and mechanical/piping/E&I construction teams, for civil related works/activities.

 Ensure implementation of established system/quality plan procedures and maintain all records/registers.

 Review, assist and comment on QA/QC documents, method statements, filed change request, & TQs.

 Conducting/attending meetings with Subcontractors and Employer’s representative/Employer.

 Highlighting/reporting any deviations from plans along with its proposed corrective/preventive actions.

 Reporting to Senior Projects Manager and/or Project Manager.
