Duties:
As an experienced Structural Engineer, my main duties were to assist the Technical Director to establish and secure new projects, meeting new clients, finding new opportunities for the practice, as well as my duties as a senior Structural Engineer to execute engineering tasks; varies from attending site or design team meetings, carry out structural calculation using computer packages or hand calculations and design, and produce working structural drawings.

Also my duties involved establishing standards and good practice methods within the office and administrative tasks such as invoicing clients and supervising, guiding junior engineers.

Also represented the surveying department on small to medium design team meetings and taken responsibility for the design works and producing structural drawings.

In addition to assisting Senior Engineer’s in preparation of the construction package for London Primary Rout, which involves site survey and measurement, preparing CAD drawings and construction details for minor structures. Previously involved in the A13 Thames Gateway DBFO project which involve major construction and civil works along the A13.
