Work History

2015-Currently ongoing
Site manager on £8m 4 acre site on outskirts of Frome, Somerset, This is a new build project and on completion will be an ink factory relocating from smaller premises.

2014-2015
The Cherrington Farm restoration refurbishment.

A large scale Grade two listed farmhouse with various outbuildings and stables, Approximate project value was £810.000.

The project was made very difficult by the simple fact the property was in a very dilapidated condition and had most of its oak timbers devastated by Death Watch Beetle.

The high standard of work was performed and completed on time by a staff of 20 personnel with myself as Site manager, Together we produced a stunning end result leaving the customer delighted and offering glowing praise.

2013-2014
The Georgian Lodge Hotel, Formally known as the Georgian Wine Lodge, Bradford-on-Avon, Wiltshire.

This was a large scale refurbishment of a former hotel converted into 8 luxury flats and an office, The building is a Grade 2 listed property, A very difficult building that was literally falling apart.

This site was located right in the heart of the town making parking and deliveries very difficult if not impossible, However all staff and myself as Site manager were highly appraised for completing the works on time.

The following projects are contracts that we either organized, supervised, designed and built or played a major role in:

Redcliffe Bay Oil Terminal – deep drainage scheme of one mile

Bristol Airport Silver Zone – departure lounge refurbishment

St Cuthbert’s Paper Mill  – 8 year factory rebuild

Bristol Broadmead Shopping Centre –  foundations for high mast illumination

Weston-Super-Mare  – sea wall defence works

Mendip Hospital –  reroofing to mendip view main wing

The Severn Siren System (Design and build, civil engineering)

Hallen Oil Terminal –  precarious heavy duty deep drainage works

Royal United Hospital –  Demolition of 6 main wards

Royal United Hospital – complete refurbishment of x-ray department

Westland Airport, Yeovil-  new roofs to helisheds

Sexeys School, Bruton –  fit out new science block

£8m chemical factory new build – Somerset

Bruton High Street r.c. –  road retaining works

Avonmouth Oil Terminal  – large r.c. foundations for high mast lighting

Bradford On Avon –  hotel conversion to 9 luxury flats

Boots Chemist, Warminster –  new r.c. stair works and mezzanine

I am a Highly ambitious confident individual with the sole purpose of delivering results in the workplace and that statement can be supported by many successful projects spanning the Length and Width of Great Britain and by  Glowing References.
