SSIS is used as the ETL for bringing data from different source systems (including DB2 and Mainframe) to application tables. There are almost 70 reports which have been designed in SSRS.

Master File Changes is a portal designed and developed using ASP.NET. Loan master files need to be changed and corrected based upon the change in different Business rules such as change in Principal Amount change in Interest Rate, Flood Zone, Tenure of loan etc. Different approvals, Quality Control and Quality Assurance process needs to be followed to make any changes in the master file. This tool tracks and follows different approval processes required to make any change in Master files. A request to change in Master File goes through different stages, starting from NewInWorkReview CompletedQC Passed/QC RejectedQA Passed/QA RejectedLOB ReviewLOB Passed/LOB Rejected. While the actual change happens in master files in AS400 this portal tracks each and every step of change with appropriate comments and supporting scanned copy of documents. In addition to this it also tracks Productivity of users based upon their output (No of cases handled by them in working hours).

Partial Release System – Borrower takes home loan from Bank of America to buy property and due to any social cause he/she has to surrender some part of the property to the local administration. The system is well designed to handle all such requirements to wave off that part of the loan by taking into account all possible reasons. The first or second mortgage loans will be generated in the ISERIES system and depending upon the partial release happened for that loan data will flow to SQL SERVER system. The UI of the application is designed in C#3.5. After passing through a complete cycle of changes the final data will again be updated in AS400 system. The application is capable of generating more than 50 letters which needs to be submitted to the local administration for audit purposes. Almost 30-40 reports are created in SSRS for management review. The application also uses SSIS package to log data on a daily basis for different compliance purpose of Bank of America.
