Earlier, I delivered a comprehensive regional new market entry strategy and Initiative design and deployment project for a 12,000 employee construction and development organization in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including risk mitigation, stakeholder management plan and new distribution channels.
As a PRINCE2, MSP Portfolio Director, I restructured the $700 million portfolio of one of Saudi Arabia’s premier conglomerates, in preparation for an IPO. This massive undertaking demanded direct management leadership of more than 300 employees in delivering prudent Risk and Stakeholder Management over strategy, business planning, process improvement, ERP and IT, organizational design and the complete restructuring of supply chain and logistics.
Previously, I delivered the Program Management for the $3 billion Human Capital Management, Communications, Risk, IT and Management of Change e-government Strategy and Action Plan for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This program, which I assumed as a sub-contractor to Deloitte and the Government of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, will affect nearly 1 million employees nationally.
Earlier, I served as Executive Director, Strategy and Performance, Emirate of Abu Dhabi devising and controlling strategic deployment valued in excess of $2.2 billion spanning 138 capital development projects under development.
