Employed as an E&I/Control System Verification Engineer by Lloyd’s Register on the Kashagan (Eskene West) onshore processing facility, Kazakhstan, as part of the Independent Verification Body (IVB) during mechanical completion stage ensuring the agreed Performance standards are adhered too, by conducting sample audits and inspections during construction and commissioning phase. Sample inspections of E&I equipment in hazardous areas against IEC 60079 as well as witnessing cause & effects of F&G, ESD and Blow down systems. Duties also include issuing/close out of non-conformist reports on construction/commissioning activities relating to mechanical completions Electrical/Instrument/Mechanical equipment.
