Short Bio:

I have been developing a career in real estate for the last three years and have worked with three different companies in London.
I have been exposed to a variety of interesting and exciting situations during this period and have learnt about various aspects of both residential and commercial properties. My main duties have been the letting of residential apartments as well as sales of complete buildings in prime locations of central London. I also have been given the responsibility to find possible ways of disposing of numerous leasehold properties that are located all over England, with very limited demand from investors.

Due to my networking activity, I have been able to source and introduce high net worth investors to my company through which, I have added good capital gain to my company. My most recent successful deal was a disposal of an entire residential building in South Kensington, London which I sold for £300,000 over the targeted sale price.

I have also had the pleasure to manage our mixed use commercial building for the last two years. I was in charge of all the tenants and maintenance issues. It was a challenging and exciting opportunity for me that helped strengthen further my personal, problem solving and management skills.

Having worked over the years, I have learnt to treat each client as an individual human being. While it is essential to be target driven and ensure you are in favour of the company, it is also critical to balance this by fostering a professional relationship with clients built on trust and understanding. I started to work in our family business(car sales) at a very young age, which is where I first confidently mastered this skill.

In addition to my experience, I would like to develop my personal knowledge by further studies. Depending on my new position, I will either complete this through a local institution where I will personally be able to qualify within the international real estate. Alternatively, if my new employer preferred to support me to specialize in a particular subject, I will be very pleased to take that opportunity into consideration as well.

I am a person that will give full satisfaction to your company and will definitely prove an asset to you by working in a team spirit to achieve the goals and objectives set.
