• Survey of vessels, tugs, barges for the project selection and evaluation (AHTS, Supply Vessel, DSV, PL).

• Interface with clients for all marine activities, spec, etc.

• Ensure proper interface between onshore fabrication & offshore tow vessel in terms of operation.
