Responsibilities:

• Interface directly with Client (S&T RealEstate) for key decisions and approvals.

• Interface with Consultant’s team overseeing the design development, monitoring progress of IFC drawings with respect to schedule, instructing and reviewing changes in co-ordination with Client and Concept Architect. Assisting where required to during the pre-Contract stage in respect of both Consultants & Nominated Sub-Contractors.

• Interface with Contractor overseeing supervision of works ensuring compliance to specification, local & national codes and International standards (BS, ASTM), contract drawings, project, Client and Operator requirements as well as overseeing quality control in all areas. Monitoring the Construction schedule and ensuring Safety.

• Review and approval of material & shop drawing submittals, EI’s, correspondence, reporting and meetings. Witness fabrication of key elements including Unitised Glazing panels, Stone panels, Elevators etc.

Work on the AUD50bn Chevron Gorgon LNG project on Barrow Island, Australia; heading the team responsible for the supply of the 307,000 cu.m of concrete to site-based Contractors.

Responsibilities:

Co-ordinate with Chevron, KJV, all other Contractors, assist in reports and attend regular interface meetings

Oversee Concrete Operations, Maintenance, Quality control and Logistics

Lead and manage the 45man team and ensure project targets are achieved

Work safely and foster the IIF principles within the team

Worked on the Ras Al Khair Mineral City development project.; this was the development of the township and downstream industries from the Aluminium smelter.

Responsibilities:

• Approved by the Royal Commission of Jubail & Yanbu as Engineering Manager, setup the initial team, and office facilities for the project. Coordinate with Royal Commission personnel and WSP Consultants (Dubai) our partners. Manage the design team and offshore Host International (Mumbai) for substation design.

• Ensure compliance to Client requirements, local & national codes and International standards (IBC, BS, ASTM)

• Prepare the planning, reports and quality procedures for the first work orders including 2No. substations and the infrastructure design of the first 5,000 hectare area.

Worked on Ras Al Khair Aluminium Smelter/Bechtel project, managing the design of the non-process

buildings and the 380KV OT line.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the team for the design development from Architectural scheme through to Engineering drawings, Contract documents.

• Ensure compliance to Client requirements, local & national codes and International standards (IBC, BS, ASTM)

• Coordinate the design and interface with Bechtel Project Engineering, manage the design team and offshore Tata Consultancy, India in respect of the 380KV OT line

• Monitor and report in accordance with Bechtel standards and requirements

Worked on the AU$850m MOH Schools project comprising 200No. schools over 147 sites throughout the Kingdom initially.

Assist the HK Police (VIPPU) in respect of overall Security for the equestrian riders staying at the hotel during the 2008 Olympic games in China.

Manage all aspects of Boiler replacement project, scheduling and revising the budget, safety management and approvals to enable works to start and progress on site..

Manage all projects in accordance with, operator requirements, local regulation, national and international standards & codes (IBC, NFPA, BS, and ASTM).

Projects include an AU$55m 286-bed Sheraton Hotel in Bangalore, a 114-villa Banyan Tree resort development at Chikmagalur and an AU$6.25m 136-bed Mercure Serviced Apartment development in Koramangala

Responsibilities:

Refine the scheduling, cost control and quality of the Hospitality projects, prepare a manual of procedures for the Commissioning & Handover of projects together with developing, maintaining and using project planning and detailed budgets in 2007.

Manage overall control and management of the project team, consultants & sub consultants, supervise tender document preparation.

Release the project to Contractors for Tender / Construction and monitor progress and quality.

• Manage a team of site Engineers and support staff; responsible for the overall co-ordination and teamwork between the various contractors [Civil, E/M, Interior, Glazing & Aluminium] and direct suppliers ensuring work and resource planning to handover including commissioning & start-up.

• Interface directly with Client (Saudi Royal family) and Operator (Rosewood Hotels)
