Joining Mace in 2013, I accomplished Design Manager role for Structural and Architectural Packages of a huge residential project having 1.4 million m2 GCA in St. Petersburg. As Mace team, We have been awarded as delivery partner of our Client “SPbR” starting from resettlement of project land till commissioning of 46 plots.

*Due to current financial crisis on the Russian market, Gutenborg project has been suspended by SPbR.

Main Responsibilities / Achievements

• Management and control of drawings, Revit (BIM) models and correspondence between the project team and external parties (5 International Architectural Design teams.)

• Prior to State Expertise conclusion, Concept stage Design is completed for 46 land plots.

• Following the preparation of Design Brief, Contract negotiations were held and 5 Architectural Design Companies are awarded within the budget.

• Preparation of monthly progress payments and necessary supplementary agreements.

• Co-ordination and control of the RFI process.

• Co-ordination of the Designers in the development of architectural and engineering work packages in accordance with the Client’s standards.

The Project is the Installation, Construction, Commissioning and Testing for the Development of the Phase II of the Taq Taq Central Processing Facilities in Northern Iraq. I was working in Ankara Headquarters.

• Develop a systematic plan for the tender preparation and execution of the contracts that includes the elements of budgeting, scheduling, accounting, material management, and reporting for a particular project.

• Enable the incorporation of Earned Value Analysis, i.e. the measurement of achievements and accrued costs (performance) against baseline plans.

• Forecast the results of the corrective action via performance measurement report.
