First functional area (planning management)

•Review and understand all relevant documents and conditions pertaining to the project.

•Attend the formal handover from Proposals and Estimating at the start of the project in accordance with Corporate Procedures.

Second functional area (Risk management)

– Create Risk management plan , risk register , qualitative and quantitative risk analysis , plan risk response , contingency reserves, contingency plan , fall back plan and monitor the risks using primavera risk analysis.

– Maintain reports of significant risks and recommendations

– Create policies, procedures and control assessments in response to identified risks

– Evaluate the effectiveness of the company’s internal control framework in addressing risks and accomplishing the company’s goals and objectives

Project Description : Makkah DOKAAE project one of the world’s largest building complexes.

Central hotel tower will reach up to almost 600 meters making it one of the tallest buildings in the world. The central hotel tower is part of the DOKAAE development which consists of seven high-rise towers overlooking the Holy Mosque. The towers all have distinct design themes and their heights follow a grading pattern providing a maximum number of direct views of the Holy Mosque. At peak times, the complex is able to accommodate 65,000 guests and visitors.

Result & Achievements:

– control time and cost by : develop baselines and Adopted effective planning strategy resulting to savings in wastage of material and efficiency uses of resources . Showed good managerial and planning skills throughout the career. Planned the project and achieve the milestone by 90%.

Project Description : The bridge is 950 meters long and 80 meters wide. It consists of five floors each of which is 12 meters high. The entire project is designed to hold 12 stories and as many as five million pilgrims in the future if the need arises. The project also includes three tunnels and covers other construction work with the possibility of future development.
