Executive Assistant

Hold duties of  increased responsibility for the company with major clients throughout CIS and suppliers throughout USA, Canada & Europe.

Liaise in establishing contacts with the main US partner and engage European partners to work in cooperation. Currently maintain relationships with suppliers serving as liaison in daily communication.

Core responsibilities:

Provide administrative and business support to the director and enhance communication between engineering department and executive team, fostering a sense of teamwork and collaboration;

Schedule meetings, respond to email enquiries, coordinate travel arrangements, maintain database. Manage language and communication issues (oral and written translation from English into Russian/Ukrainian & vice versa);

Liaise with major  foreign suppliers, brokers, forwarders, customs, etc. Assistance with preparing supply contracts, proposals, documents, letters, budgets, business plans and reports;
