My main Responsibilities.
• Perform tasks assigned by the project commissioning Leader, related to the preparation and execution of the pre-commissioning, commissioning and startup activities. Interface with engineering disciplines, construction personnel, vendors and subcontractors.
• 1) Review the project technical documentation and the contractual requirements, 2) Defines commissioning work packages and prepare the relevant procedures with the assistance of discipline engineers, 3) Supervises commissioning field activities, 4) Ensure safe execution of all commissioning activities through the application of the work permit procedure. 5) Coordinates activities of vendor representatives and subcontractors.

I was working Brunei Shell Petroleum Company under contract of Sahid Sdn Bhd. I had been working on several projects including the Brunei LNG & Brunei oil Refinery.

• Organises, co-ordinates and controls the correct performance of mechanical assembly activities, assisting the superior for the correct set up of the project, ensuring that operating conditions and safety and quality procedures and standards project specifications, and applicable codes are observed.
• Co-ordinates and controls the work carried out by the teams and company officers, following the stages directly.
• Takes part in finding solutions to problems encountered during the performance of the work in the area of responsibility, ensuring the good use and maintenance of equipment and tools available.
• Gives the superior the work progress report and all other data needed to draw up the account
• Ensures that safety laws and measures are observed.
• Arrange for the problems regarding the progress of the work to be solved along with the client’s representatives and sub-contractors.
• Supervising and co-ordinate Brunei L N G & Brunei Oil refinery shutdown work.
