Surface Production Technologies – Project Engineer
March 2011 – Present

 Project engineer for the introduction of new surface production technologies:

 First Reinforced Thermoplastic Pipe (RTP) flowline in hydrocarbon service in Saudi Aramco

 Multiphase Pump (MPP) feasibility studies for several fields in Saudi Arabia

 Chemical mixer installed upstream of the production separator, which has saved 48% in demulsifier consumption and 5.5 million gallons of wash water per year

 Introduction of non-metallic piping for oil and gas service

Manifa Field Development – Production Engineer

 Production Engineer in the Manifa Field Development, the second largest project in Saudi Aramco’s history

 On-site engineer for the well stimulation, cleanout, and testing of oil producers and water injectors. My responsibilities included supervising multiple contractors, developing the stimulation and testing programs, ensuring their accurate implementation, developing SIMOPS guidelines, and on-site decision making.

 Commissioning of the water supply Electrical Submersible Pumps (ESP)
