Job Description as QA/QC Engineer:

• Provide Technical Documentation file for approved activities and materials acceptance.

• Ensure to uphold high Quality Control and Quality Assurance to materials and workmanship to satisfy client’s requirements.

• Responsible for establishment of inspection standard that was used during in-process inspection of Quality controls inspectors.

• Evaluation of new/revision items prior to mass production/implementation of revised item.

• Initiates cooperative and preventive action to the items with the encountered problem by the production line and those items with customer claim.

• Responsible for application of special acceptance to the customer.

• Responsible for the accomplished of issue customer non-conformity Report and the monitoring of its implementation.

• Responsible on the monitoring Company’s monthly Quality performance.

• Ensure the adherence to all quality standard, regulations and procedure in alignment with the client.

• Direct the project work process owners with the respect to improving pertinent project quality system elements.

• Prepare and maintain project quality plan and shall be in accordance with the client’s specification and standards.

• Coordinate with the client representative for re-inspection and un-accepted activities additional remedial measure.

• Coordinate with the sub-contractor quality assurance approval activities.

• Manage and audit program to promote adherence/improvement system at all levels.

• Provide instruction and conduct inspection for day to day scope of works, particularly in fabrications of forms and the steel reinforcements, and excavations.

• Overseeing quality control, health and safety matters on site

• Ensure the adherence to all Quality standard Rules, Regulations and Procedures hold operation, if Quality Standard is carried out.

• Prepare and conduct Quality orientation and project workmanship.

• Prepare and inspection request submitted to the client’s representative for joint Quality standard inspection as the bases of Contract specification.

• Prepare attachments and Tabulated results.

• Capable in QA/ QC inspections for road works and Asphalting

• Conduct Inspections for quality standard of project.

• Provide instruction for all Quality Control and Quality Assurance activities on the project site and report the finding to the project manager.

• Prepare schedule for (RFI) Request for Inspection, ITP’s and Project Quality Plan, Attachments and Tabulated results.

Duties and responsibilities as Safety Officer:

• Provide assistance in realizing the safety planned activities schedule by the Sr. safety officer

• Coordinated observed hazards such as places that poses hazards to the incoming shifts

• Visits all working places under their jurisdiction and make reports or necessary measures to control, eliminate or minimize hazards

• Conduct safety orientation and or re-orientation of employees

• Familiarize and acquaints themselves with all the emergency proceduresto enable them to lead the workforces in times of emergencies

• Perform safety related duties as maybe assigned by the Sr. safety officer and

• Such other related works with the company requires the employee to do.

• On call

• Faithfully observed and comply all the rules and regulations, standard operating procedures and notices pertaining to safety, health and environment

 Promptly and warn other fellow employees of all the unsafe and unhealthy conditions that maybe encountered in the mine

 Respect all safety, health and environment signage/device or any method of processes adopted with the purpose of minimizing hazards

 Participate in safety meetings and trainings

 Wear protective clothing and use personal protective equipment as instructed

 Implement good housekeeping in all areas of responsibility
