 Managed a medium size Business in a multinational-local environment, ethically increased the profit of the company in four years of complete recession, and provided clients with creative mechanical and electrical solutions.

 Improved the plant layout, inventory system, calculating and offering procedures, and suppliers’ selection criteria to meet the strategies of the Low Voltage Business Unit.

 Created from scratch the system of managing the European Fund provided by the Industrial Modernization Centre to the Swiss company Hero MEA.
