Key Responsibilities In Project Stage

 Preparing of fabrication & erection bar chart.

 Fabrication and erection of hopper, transition piece, supporting structures, trusses, ducting, cyclones, riser duct, kiln inlet and outlet hood etc.

 Installation, alignment and commissioning of Crusher (Lime stone, Gypsum, Clinker and Coal).

 Installation, alignment and commissioning of bulk material conveying equipments such as Belt conveyors, Screw conveyors, Air slides, Elevators and deep pan conveyor etc.

 Installation, alignment and commissioning of rotary equipments like Kiln, Cooler, Ball Mills and related machines like pumps, compressors, fans, blowers etc.

 Installation, alignment and commissioning of Pollution control equipments like Bag filters, Electrostatic precipitator & Reverse Air Bag House.

 Indenting of steel and other tools-tackles.

 Responsible for equipment checking and its storage.

 Evaluation and review of expansion project and modification work using bar chart technique.

 Fabrication and erection bill checking.

 Responsible for day to day interaction with client / consultants / subcontracts regarding the progress of the works.

 Preparing commissioning schedules in coordination with equipment supplier, erection agency, testing and commissioning team to match with the project completion plan.

 Coordinate with the engineering and procurement department regarding the interfacing of construction activities and Material & Equipment availability.

 Keeping close watch on various activities of Project (like delivery of materials, site clearance, duration of activities, “Holds” etc.)

Key Responsibilities In Maintenance Stage

 Planning and distribution of manpower at site.

 Operation and maintenance of Lime stone, Gypsum, Clinker and Coal crusher.

 Operation and maintenance of bulk material conveying equipments such as Belt conveyors, Screw conveyors, Air slides, Elevators and deep pan conveyor etc.

 Operation and maintenance of pneumatic conveying system such as FK Pump airlift etc

 Operation and maintenance of rotary equipments like Kiln, Cooler, Ball Mills and related machines.

 Hydraulic systems.

 Maintenance & trouble shooting of various pumps, compressors, fans and blowers.

 Pollution control equipments like Bag filters, Electrostatic precipitator & RABH.

 Operation and maintenance of packing plant equipments like vibrating screen, Rotopacker and truck loader etc.

 Condition and monitoring of the equipment by Vibration monitoring analysis.

 Day to day co-ordination with subordinates and other concerned departments regarding smooth running of plant.

 Preparation of maintenance schedule/manuals, attending daily maintenance, preventive, and predictive maintenance.

 Keeping records of daily activity report, breakdown report, shut down report, lubrication and greasing report. Daily maintenance checklist (SECTION WISE).
