B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from DUET in 2009.

Diploma in Mechanical Technology from Chittagong Polytechnic Institute in 2004.

Secondary School Certificate from Science in 2000.

Present Assignment
Working with Bayer CropScience Ltd BD, from July, 2010 as ‘Production Engineer’.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production and maintenance planning and supervise execution.

• Responsible for Material Requirement Planning, Inventory Management in SAP system.

• Maintain relation with global team for new project introducing in Tongi site.

• Responsible for factory up gradation project.

• Look after overall purchase activities related to factory.

• Strong relation with other departments for smooth operation of factory.

• Work with QHSE for different audit observations

• Participate in Sales and Operation meeting for Country Business.

Key Achievements:

• Successfully complete Installation and commissioning of new 4 head liquid filling and 1 head capping machine with automated labeling machine.

• Successfully complete Installation and commissioning of new powder packing machine with integrated ducting system.

• Complete Hazardous Area Classification and Risk Assessment (HACRA) for the Plant

• By accurate planning reduce inventory of RM, PM and FG by 25%
