Employment Experience

April 2009 to Present Electrical Contractor – Self-employed, ELECSA registered.

Electrical Installations and repairs. Sole Trader. New builds, rewires, barn conversions, standard and ground source heating systems.

December 2007 to April 2009 Relocation to North Yorkshire and European Travel.

Relocated to North Yorkshire and took the opportunity to tour UK, France, Spain and Portugal with a caravan.

April 2000 to December 2007 National Engineering Service Manager – Calorex Heat Pumps Ltd. (Mechanical/Electrical/Heat pumps), Essex.

Managing the customer services team of 3 administrators responsible for providing product support through a national network of service agents and engineers. Managing in-house product training for agents and product installers. Providing technical support by phone and at sites as required. To assist in installation and commissioning of systems, dealing with electricians and plumbers queries. Attended sites to present to clients and end users and trades people on installing and running systems. Managing budgets for the department including streamlining and expansion of operations to cope with increasing demand for Calorex products. Also responsible for pricing and coordinating sales of spares.
