Having 1 Year experience in Mechanical Designing & Manufacturing and full of experience in composite world. with good knowledge of Machine Designing, profile selection, Concept modeling and member design.

QUALIFICATIONS

 B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering from affiliated to J.N.T.U.K in 2013.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

 Excellent expertise in Machine Designing, and Designing of Structures (Cooling towers, FRP Housing shelters, ware house , Accessories like stair case, cage ladders ,cable trays etc.) railway interior, passenger seats, and also Reverse Engineering and project management.

 Thorough proficiency with Solid works, Catia v5 R19 and Auto-cad/Draft Sight and Microsoft office Excel, Outlook.

 Good knowledge in Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerance (GD&T).

 Preparing Quotations/BOM and Connectional Drawings for client approval in short time.

 Exceptional grasp of mechanical engineering mechanics, principles and materials and their applications.

 Strong ability to present design concepts to clients accurately and clearly.

 Good knowledge on composite properties, CTI, ISO, and ASTM design standards.

Job Profile:

 Preparing the project plans and allocating work to juniors and managing their work load for in-time submission.

 Preparing GA drawings, first level drawings for client approvals.

 Preparing Bill of Material (BOM), material selection and costing.

 Receive high value Inquiries for quotation from marketing.

 Study customer drawings and technical information in detail.

 Discuss enquiry with design and production.

 Resolve technical queries of subordinate during day-day activity.

 Check/approve change in detailed drawings, (if any) as per client requirement.

 Client visit to verify and finalize technical details.

 Design standardization of Composite Products like stair cases, cage ladders and cable trays. Solid works & Catia v5 projects:

 Structural design of Induced draft cooling towers (cross/counter flow) with all accessories (cage ladder, stair cases, piping support and cable trays etc.) storage tanks, light poles, modular houses, Warehouse.

 8 Cell cooling tower (1×8), 6 Cell cooling tower (3×2), and 2 cell cooling tower (1×2).
