Directly responsible for 2 Assistants during each shift handling the breakdown and maintenance for the following machines: Casting Machines, Steam Rooms, Concrete Mixers, Conveyor Belts and Induction Welding Machines;

• Key participant in technical problem solving on breakdown analysis; managed actions from problem solving to completion, ensuring long term eradication of problems.
