Description:

Humana’s CI-CMS module is designed to take care of enrolments of members to different plans in Humana.

I have been working for Humana’s Enrolment which is a very huge area where in we deal with processes involved in sending/receiving enrolments to/from CMS (Centre for Medicare and Medicaid services).

Activities:

o Worked as a part of an AGILE development team and worked on batch and online systems.

o Worked on COBOL, JCL, DB2, stored procedures and CICS extensively.

o Worked in a team that follows AGILE and have complete knowledge of agile methodologies.

o Daily Activities:

1. Design and Analysis of processes

2. Coding, Testing, SIT,UAT

3. Turn creation and related activities while moving codes to production

4. Peer review of all work of team members and co-ordination

5. Sprint planning and review of storyboard

o Ensure that the deliverables meet the SLA & quality standards of the project to avoid rework.

o Work with client and Business users to acquire requirements and co-ordinate with offshore team to deliver with estimated timeline.
