 Project and create vehicle allocation for dealers nationwide.

 Overseeing inventory management, stock controls and order processing for high-volume deliveries/pullout and receiving operations.

 Creates daily/monthly/yearly reports such as wholesale performance.

 Supervise Dealer Network Coordinators.

 Handles and updates Hyundai vehicle inventory and facilitates delivery/pullout to Hyundai Dealer Network.

 Coordinates with Logistics Provider for storage and distribution of vehicles.

 Conduct a field work for Hyundai’s Dealer Enhancement Program.

 Handles vehicle order and delivery from/to dealers as well as prepares necessary documents such as Vehicle Pullout Authorization.

 Coordinates with Finance and Accounting Department regarding dealer payments and other concerns.

 Coordinates with supplier the installation of locally-installed accessories to Hyundai vehicles as well as checking of supplier’s invoices and preparing necessary documents such as Memorandum of Agreement.

 Mentored and developed dealer consultants to ensure efficient and profitable operation of the sales distribution department.
