Negotiating with transporters, C&F agents, etc. to achieve seamless and cost-effective movement of consignment, ensuring timely deliveries.

 

FREIGHT RATE MANAGEMENT: Liaison with carriers regarding freight rates to/from the respective country. Monitoring and enforcing Country regulatory compliance with regard to global trading conditions. Timely completion of any rates required for the completion of bids generated by third parties.

 

VENDOR MANAGEMENT: Short listing a list of vendors, sending inquiry and receiving estimates from the vendors. Comparing the estimates and negotiating with the vendors to ensure best price and quality.

 

PEOPLE MANAGEMENT: Lead teams of professionals across various verticals of the business including production, sales, marketing, operations and business expansion.
