• In-charge of overall road freight transportation to clients based on the East & Central African region handling truck load plans of up to 250 truckloads per week.

• Participated on weekly conference calls with mining clients and enabled customer feedback through various channels to improve the supply chain management.

• Managed internal communications and presentations in form of weekly reports with regards to core performance metrics.

• Monitored potential risks with the movement of hazardous / out-of-gauge breakbulk cargo that required immediate risk management solutions.
