Contract Position

• Scope of work included FEED, detailed engineering and construction of two Steam Boilers, one Heat Recovery Steam Generator (HRSG), and related piping, and instrumentation.

• Conducted the project based on the Gate and Stage Project Management Methodology.

OXY- Facilities, Sr. Project Engineer- Detailed Engineering and Construction, Oman

09/ 2011- 09 2012

One year Contract Position. My main mandate was conducting three projects: 1- the Gas Lift Project which was the largest project of the company; 2- Khamila Pipeline Project- 3- Flare Gas Project, 4- Heat Exchanger project.

• Gas Lift Project- the scope consisted of required engineering and construction of, installation and startup of a Solar Gas Turbine –Compressor and related auxiliaries systems. The budget of the project was $26 million.

• Khamila Gas Pipeline, Compressor and Pump Station, and Slug Catcher Project – 36 Km- The scope of work consisted of conducting detail engineering, procurement, and overseeing the construction work. The budget of the project was $6 million.

• Flare system- construction project- revamping project, inherited this project from the ex-project manager. Successfully redefined the scope and completed and handed over successfully to operation

• Project Manager- for replacement of the Heat Exchanger and its associate piping system in Safa field. This work includes defining the scope of work, bidding and evaluation of the vendors $900k.

ENI Oil and Gas- Senior Project Engineer- Libya 04/2009- 02/2011

Contract Position. Forced to leave the country due to the war.

• Project Manager for new surface facilities and flowlines in K-K 5 and A-100 Well Pad projects. The scope of work included preparing and conducting of the basis of design, scope of work and conducting FEED and detail engineering.

• Project manager for FEED of Gas-Oil Separation Plant (GOSP) revamping project in Al- Feel area. This work including defining the scope of work and preparing of basis of design, preparing tender package and qualified bidders list, Technical evaluation of the proposals,

• Performed technical evaluation of the bidders for Nitrogen Gas Plan and expansion project of the NGL plan, Al Feel Gas and Oil Separation Plant Project, A/100 Water supply Wells Flow lines and Main Headers Projects.

• Introduced and established the PMO for the first time in the onshore department. The work included developing the organizational chart, work flow, and job description of the positions.

• Project manager for design and construction of the 14 km pipeline- $12 Million project- for connecting the YY area to Gailo Station 2. This work includes conducting defining and optimizing the scope, and planning and scheduling of the project, conducting the conceptual and preliminary design, conducting the detail engineering and overseeing the construction work of the. Conducted the procurement of the project materials.

• Developed internal work Processes, organization chart, and for PPC office.

• Defining the System reliability Model to calculate and compare the potential maximum production of oilfield facilities against the future production goals. That includes hundreds of vessels, production separators, NGL plant equipment, pump station, pipeline network, etc.
