 Deal with policyholders in the renewal, as well as new insurance, adapting to customer’s needs

 Quotes for events (motor show, exhibitions, etc.) in various risks, civil liability, among others;

 Negotiation and execution of rental property insurance, making contact with policyholders and real estate;

 Follow up negotiations of operational and named risks;

 Monthly registrations in transportation insurance,(e.g) insurance against theft, damage to third-party goods, various risks, air freight; sea freight, among others;

 Follow up the renewal of national and international insurance policies;

 Focal point for transport and property’s claims;

 Database manipulation and improvement;

 Monthly reporting and analysis of all registrations/policies purchased;

 Client email and telephone replies;

 Control of property policies, reporting and analysis;

 Headed up a improvement internal processes, thinking outside the box and bringing ideas to improve the internal process and customer’s experience.
