Lead a team of six software and hardware professionals for defining highly available, secure, and maintainable enterprise architecture, and encouraging the further evolution of technology architecture to align with the larger company vision. Maintain IT in compliance with industry standards and best practices, ensuring the proper configuration of servers, computers, and application systems and also provide solutions to end user queries through regular evaluations and recommendations related to hardware and software improvements. Lead the software developers in order to customize ERP modules by studying and analysing functional requirements of the end-users. Ensure security and maintain availability of Servers, Computers and Application Systems round the clock.
