• Undertaking a multi faceted role with a variety of duties and responsibilities, including the compilation,

verification, typing and filing (in applicable manner) of relevant medical records

• Accurately preparing folders for newly admitted cases and ensuring the same are maintained as well as

reviewing medical records to ensure they are completed properly

• Personally responsible for locating medical records requested by various departments within the

hospital, signing out the same and ensuring they are delivered to the appropriate personnel
