Job responsibilities:

• Review of subcontract agreements in coordination with Contracts Engineer, identifying clauses to be incorporated based on project requirements.

• Ensuring procurement procedures are adhering to project deadlines, actively involved in coordination for purchase requests and purchase orders as exclusive finishing items have to be available for timely execution on site,

• Over all site management and execution based on project deadlines for complete finishing activities including installation of carpet, marble, wallpaper, joinery works etc.

• Resolving conflicts with consultants that may arise for quality of executed works on work site, closure of site instructions and NCRs with proper remedial action plan as per approved method statements.

• Resolving conflicts in structural and architectural drawings with architects, client representatives during onsite execution, coordination with MEP based on builders work drawings.

• Verification of subcontractors invoices for approved executed works.

3. M/s Prestige Estates Pvt Ltd Co
From January 2008 to February 2011
As PROJECT ENGINEER.

Residential Towers in Prestige Notting Hill, Bangalore.

Job Responsibilities:

• Overall site responsible for execution of works in villas, site inspection and approvals,

Coordination between MEP drawings and Civil/Architectural drawings. Material arrangement and tracking as per schedule.

• Monitoring of subcontractor workforce, manpower/machinery forecasts.

• Review of shop drawings and ensuring incorporation of consultant’s comments as per approved shop drawings.

• Closing of Site instructions/ NCRs that may arise during onsite construction in coordination with Quality control.

• Supervision of landscaping activities i.e. compaction of soil, asphalt compaction, installation of curbstones, paving tiles etc.

• Complete coordination with MEP services as per builders work drawings and onsite requirements.

• Façade works including precast installation, Structural glazing in coordination with specialized subcontractors.

• Supervision and quantity take offs of Civil structural works including slabs, columns and core walls. Finishing items including Block works, Plaster, Gypsum board, water proofing, marble and tiles installation, door installation as per schedule etc.

• Civil works including raft foundations, retaining walls etc., Double Glazed Units. Finishing works including block works, plaster, joinery, and painting. Checking of sub-contractors bills and physical verification of executed work, rate approval for variance items and claims.

• Coordination with sub-contractors, designs etc. Indenting of materials, escalator installation.

• Interior fit out works including joinery, signage installation etc.,

• Façade for structure, including fabrication/installation of structural steel, installation of Aluminum composite panels, Double glazed units etc.,

Professional Qualifications

Dip-in- Civil Engineering from CPC affiliated to University of Bangalore in June 2003.

IT Skills
