Job Profile

 Maintenance of boiler and bop area of 4×300 MW thermal power plant.

 Accountable for efficient maintenance of rotary machinery and equipment located in boiler and bop area.

 Taking standard maintenance procedure for ID fan, FD fan, PA fan, bottom ash, CW pump, cooling tower fan and gear box, roller bowl mill, valve and pressure part

 Specially maintenance of rotating equipment like fan and pump with radial-axial alignment

 Taking sole responsibility during annual overhauling, preventive maintenance, break down maintenance.

 Responsible for systematic starting and isolations of individual equipment by coordinating with shift engineer and control room engineers.

 Quick restoration of the unit during emergencies as per standard maintenance procedure.

 Identifying areas of improvement and recommending process modification and equipment to enhance maintenance efficiencies of the system.

 Implementing cost saving measures to achieve substantial reduction in terms of production cost, raw material and energy consumption.

 Oil flushing of Lube oil of rotating equipment like PA fan, FD fan, Air Pre-heater and coal mills.

 Commissioning of Secondary air, primary air, and flue gas dampers.

 Commissioning of boiler firing system (Ldo, Hfo).
