HR Generalist,

 Assists in Planning, and implementing a grading structure from scratch used for employee career pathing and used as a guide for employee development.

 Complied with higher management to prepare a HR Department budget used as guidance for all HR functions such as training and development, recruitment and many of the sorts.

 Conduct orientation, training and induction for the new recruited staff and implement training programs for existing staff according to the designed plan.

 Laying out policies and procedures for the company and incentive structure programs.

 Provide advice, guidance and support to managers and employees on Performance management, disciplinary and grievance

 Handel entire CICPA (Security Pass) for who belong to ADCO project.

 Arranging CICPA applications, Register ADCO letters, Submit the applications, Renew expired security passes, coordinating with the project manager.

 Responsible for medical Insurance coverage of employees, Maintaining the total employee data and categorize as per insurance policy.

 Providing health insurance coverage for newly joined employees.

 Settling the medical reimbursement claims on behalf of our employees.

 Monitors the employees’ medical claim applied for refund from insurance company.

 Collects insurance quotations, review & evaluate its annual premium and the same on its insurance coverage.
