  • Currently working as Research Associate in National Agriculture Innovative Project (NAIP) entitled “Development of Biosensor and Micro techniques for detection of Pesticide Residues, Aflatoxins, Heavy Metals and Bacterial Contaminants in milk”
  • My doctoral work was “Development of enzyme substrate assay for monitoring E. coli in milk & Milk products”. It was focused mainly on development of analytical Micro-technique for rapid detection of food borne pathogen i.e. E. coli, E. coli O157:H7 and study its prevalence in Indian condition by screening raw, pasteurized, dried, cheese, ice-cream and some indigenous milk products like paneer, dahi and kulfi samples via developed and ISO certified conventional methods for isolation and enumeration of E. coli from dairy products.
