I have 30 years experience as a Sr Testing and Inspection Inspector multi discipline inspection (Rotating equipment inspection, ( vibration. alignment, balancing, verification of assembly procedure, pre commissioning check list and handover documents etc) thermography inspection, Field balancing, lesser alignment and also pressure vessel inspection (API510), ASME Boiler Inspector,AWS welding inspection, NACE coating inspection. LEEA lifting equipment inspection, , hydro testing, Safety valve testing, boroscope inspection, Metallurgy and corrosion engineering, piping inspection (API 570), NDT(DPT,MPT,VT,LT and UT)and tanks inspection (API653)of mechanical plant maintenance and plant inspection & condition monitoring by CSI 2120/2130 and bently navada Adree 208/408and Erection, Commissioning, Testing of 9 no of Steam turbines(Siemence), 4 no of Gas Turbine( GE and Mitsui), more than 200 no of centrifugal pumps( Vertical and Horizontal) ,15 no of Compressors, 9 no of Boiler, 18 no of Desalination unit, Vessels , Tanks, Heat exchanger Six no of pumping station, 50 KM Gas transmission lines (26 &28 Inch dia) on line Sleeve welding/ hot tapping and 300 KM water transmission lines( 500mm to 2500mm dia), heat exchanger lifting equipment and 70 no of water tank, and H.F.oil storage tanks etc in the Power & Desalination industry and fertilizer factory.
