 Prepare Dashboard reports for the management to provide information on financials and metrics. Add commentaries for the reports to provide an overview of the spend status and the reasoning behind over/under spend. Have discussions with stake holders to provide insight to the numbers and metrics.

 Provide planning support to Leadership Team, participate in challenge sessions to come up with meaningful business plans. Prepare the plan, coordinate and complete the planning process as per timelines.

Highlights
