 Evaluate affiliation deals in order to ensure that deals align to set return targets.

 Monitor on a daily basis Affiliated cost vs Accounting Revenue, ensuring that every affiliate on a brand level is within the expected forecast budget approved by the same management. Enquire on variances and accordingly document any deviance from targets.

 Review Affiliated Commission Plans – follow up on a periodic basis to ascertain relevance and expected return.

 Evaluate that CPA deals are in line with pre-determined targets.

 Monitoring Marketing Cost Budgets vs Actual Marketing Spent

 Assisting and designing procedures to facilitate the processing systems in-house. I this respect I was involved in the design of a new Purchase Order System tailor maid for Betsson Group. It provided across the board a better understanding of Marketing cost allocation between country and brand managers, effective campaign planning, Marketing Cost Control, Campaign monitoring, a formal ordering process between vendors and Betsson Group, Financial reconciliation, overall cost analysis.

 Marketing Integration process from the old system to the new ordering system. I handled the full implementation and liaised with all country managers / managing directors within the group, this involved handled 1 to 1 training with over 50 individuals from all different countries.

 Marketing Budget coordination, Budget Reporting, weekly marketing reporting and overlooking suppliers payments. Analysis of daily sales reports for management including statistics and target review.

 Cash flow Management for Marketing expenditure, overseeing availability of funds through day to day operations

 Communicating with Inland Revenue, banks and external auditors when required.

 Reviewed contractual commitments and suppliers’ terms – advice on any necessary adjustments to projects regarding costings, expenditures, progressive payments from clients and running profitability etc.
